Time to brush off the dust on the studio lights and reacquaint with the good old trust worthy workhorse, that being the Nikon D750.

It's been a while since I picked up the camera, covid made sure of that! pre-covid I was a pet photographer and was just about to get really busy about a month before lock down.

Stay home, stay safe!

I couldn’t believe what was happening, businesses were closed, some for good, mine never even got off the ground. I spent the next year keeping up to date with tutorials, different editing and lighting techniques, investing in private tuition.

Covid came to an end but life was so much different, people were struggling day to day.

Brexit, Covid, Rising interest rates all amount up to the living crisis!

It's without saying that now people can’t afford a luxury like photoshoots, they were barely keeping their heads above water! many fell into the heat or eat crisis, I know I was one of them! but how was I suppose to earn money so I could eat when people didn’t want to part with theirs? I had no choice but pack away the camera and get what people call A REAL JOB!

Fast forward a few years and I now work in finance full time but I still had that nagging drive in the back of my head….that dream.

Its now time to put that dream into action!
